We have good sporting traditions, a particularly successful Bowls section which runs six bowls teams of varing levels of ability.

Several of the bowlers have represented Suffolk County over the years. At the rear of the club we have the Bowls Green which is kept in immaculte condition by the bowls Section.

Also there is snooker room above the bar and we have snooker teams. Several darts teams playing in various leagues. Our own football team California Gainsborough which plays in the Sunday morning league. We have in the last year started league and friendly poker games. There is also a Crib Team which plays in a league.

Playing Card games of various sorts are popular at the club.

The Club has Sky Sports.
